3D CAD System for mould design is developed based on JYSolutec's design expertise using
UG Function for the purpose of improving design productivity through a standardized
system of injection mould design.
This is a core element in the CAD/CAM/CAE integrated standard system
for injection mould design and production.







Web-based Data Management System is designed to realize the intelligent database to save, manage, and provide various data generated during the designing process.
This system maximizes the efficiency of design and improves design productivity.


Tool Management System is one of the essential elements for the unmanned automatic production line, which builds such functions as classification, registration, inventory management, and reservation of tools.
Through this process, the real data as well as tool management data can be provided to a CAM operator. As a result, the productivity and the product quality are enhanced.



NC Data Conversion System is to covert the NC data of a CAM operator in optimal processing conditions by modeling the tool changes and processing ability for the purpose of enhancing processing precision and productivity. In this system, the automatically converted data are transmitted to operation machinery (processing operator).


This system is designed to check and measure the processed materials in the processing machines with a contacting or non-contacting sensor built in the ATC of processing machinery when the parts are processed by a CNC Milling Machine or Machining Center. The processing precision level can be upgraded by sharing measurement data.






The flexibility is reflected in this system. The results are adjusted by the experience and the judgement of the production manager based on the production schedules designed to achieve the goals of the Dynamic Scheduler.
Standardization of such basic data as BOP(Bill Of Production), Design Lead Time, Standard Processing Time (Preparation/Production ST), Production Ability, Production Workload, Production Calendar, Mould Type, and Part Type are accurately reflected in the daily condition of sites.


The Database is designed to systematically organize and manage all the data related to the design of the injection mould CIM, processing data, and production data.
The EDB, in particular, provides the technology to standardize and optimize the design processes by drawing out, saving, and using the design and other data after application to similar objects.
